All content included on this site including but not limited to web site design, text, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement thereof are the property of us and our suppliers and are protected by UK and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of us or our software suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose. We will use the information you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Contract for the supply goods

The display of goods on this site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and us unless, and until, an email is sent by ourselves to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by us of your offer to buy goods from us and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. We are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

5. General

We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Returns

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 7 days following the steps outlined below, and we will refund the cost of the item. The Buyer must take reasonable care of the timber whilst they are in the Buyer’s possession and the timber is returned to the Seller undamaged, in their original packaging and are fit for sale. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any refund or reimbursed if this is not be complied with.

Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to us. Please give a written reason for return and the date on which you receive the timber.

If the Buyer wishes to cancel their order at any time after the 7 days following delivery or collection of the timber such cancellation will be at our absolute discretion. In the event that such cancellation is accepted by us, any refund will exclude the cost of delivery, the costs of return shipping and a stocking and administration charge of up to 25% of the will apply on it's total value.

7. Advice and Product Information

Any advice, statement, promise, recommendation or representation given by the Seller or its employees or agents to the Buyer or its employees or agents as to the storage application or use of the goods or otherwise is followed or acted upon entirely at the Buyer/Buyers own risk, and accordingly the Seller shall not be liable in any way for any such advice, statement, promise, recommendation or representation given.

These terms and conditions and any documents incorporating them or incorporated by them constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, understandings and representations between them, whether written or oral.

9. Statutory Right

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any Buyer dealing as a consumer.

10. Complaints
